Welcome to Lanham-Love Consulting
Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) is the cornerstone of the South African Government’s efforts to educate and train the large sector of the population that was previously disadvantaged. It aims to accelerate the participation of black people in the economy by encouraging change in the following key areas of business: Ownership, Management Control, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Preferential Procurement, Enterprise Development and Socio-economic Development. When implemented correctly, B-BBEE supports job creation, global competitiveness and economic growth. It also has the potential to reduce the burden on entrepreneurs and help to create a more skilled workforce.

The Benefits of using LLC
Our differentiating factor is that we pride ourselves on “innovatively embracing and integrating transformation to the point of business growth and development”. Our key philosophy is to create solutions that result in additional benefits and increased compliance across multiple elements of the scorecard. The amended codes have made B-BBEE a complex and expensive exercise. We, therefore, believe that monies spent should equate back to the company in either business benefit or points scoring in multiple elements.
Skills Compliance
One of the challenges our clients face is ensuring that money and time spent on Skills Development is maximised on the scorecard. To provide our clients with peace of mind, we opened The Lanham- Love Academy (LLCA) in 2017. LLCA designs and implements Skills Development programmes directly in line with your B-BBEE strategy.
